Great bar to pregame before heading to Oracle Park. Lots of TV's so perfect for staying in too to watch other games. Each table has a QR code for ordering which is so much easier than going up to the bar to get a drink. Lots of food and pitcher choices to share with friends!
We came here before a giants game once and we've been back multiple times since. We specifically come For the pazole! The flavor reminds me of grandmas house. The food is fairly priced especially being in such an expensive city and walking distance to the ballpark! The server whom said this was his grandmas recipe was the nicest guy! The drinks are also fairly priced (drink here first before you head to that ballpark!). They served a little of most everything and you can't beat the atmosphere being surrounded by giants fans!
I was walking down by Oracle Park and I was hungry and I walked into Underdogs and they had college football going on. So, I decided to sit at the bar and have lunch. The bartender came within seconds and got my drink and food order. I got the chips and salsa which was amazing. Then I got the California Burrito which was a basic burrito but with fries inside. It was super yummy. I really enjoyed my visit there.
This place is great! I went before a Giants game. Even though the place was packed, I ordered fairly quickly at the bar, sat down and got my food really fast. The fish taco was very satisfying. The chips and guacamole (without tomato) were also really good. They have alot of beers on tap and it's way less pricey than ball park prices. I'll definitely stop again.
Food is always good use to get tacos or nachos. However now I'm only there for drinks. Usually a shot and a beer. Service is always good same bartenders is a plus. Never leave you empty but most differently will cut you off if needed. Bathrooms are downstairs, bummer but clean. Plenty of seating bar, booth, and a million tables. Live DJ great music. They also have arcade and carnival games to entertain if one of the many tvs won't cut it. Sometimes crowded so plan accordingly.
This place was so fun on a game night for the giants. We went before the game and it was buzzing! Look for the best bartender DJ! We got excellent service at the bar and strong yummy drinks. The horchata was really good and tasted like ice cream and was not grainy! The fish taco was good and so was the guacamole and sauces. Can't wait to come back to try the elote.
Really great wings for great price (on Wednesdays)! We decided to stop by for their dollar wing special on Wednesday and loved it. It was the perfect comfort food! We tried their honey garlic and mango habanero wings. The honey garlic was definitely my favorite with plenty of saucy goodness. The ranch is also delicious and perfectly pairs with the various wing flavors they have. The service is very efficient and we didn't wait more than 15 mins for our order. The ambiance inside is also quite cozy and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a quick dinner spot before a baseball game!
Underdogs is a great restaurant across from the home of the mighty SF Giants. They serve up great food and drinks in a lively atmosphere, especially on game days. They have QR codes at each table so you can do all of your ordering right on your phone. You can also sit at the bar and order directly from the bartenders if that not your thing! The taco selection is great and all of the salsas are flavorful. The quesadillas are bomb and they make a skinny margarita like nobodies business! They have an upstairs with some games if you are feeling playful and they have ample seating. Open early on game days open after as well. Hit them up for your pre or post game drinks or even stick around and watch the game and every other sports match that is on at this yummy cantina! Staff is all super friendly and the food is fantastic.
For a place to eat after running this was great! Good: - Good price value and lots of food per order! - The $1 wings deal was awesome and had a ton of wings in our group - Food came out super quickly and it was all really easily brought out to our table Bad: - The place is really casual so nothing fancy - Burrito bowl was a little bland Overall liked the fun group experience here and bar vibes!
Devoured our chips and guac before I could grab a pic. they offer 3 different types of salsas to go with it as well: two of which are mild and one habanero. the habanero definitely packs a punch, so use sparingly. i mixed it into the guac and it was the perfect amount of spice. good options on tap, including a fieldwork west coast IPA (my fav) and extensive food menu. i found a chip in the rim of my glass after i finished most of it. i notified the bartender (i believe his name is jolger) just so they wouldn't use it in the future and he promptly replaced my beer, no hesitation! both bartenders, lisa and jolger, were so friendly. lots of tvs to watch sports. love that it's a michigan bar as well (go blue!). second story with additional seating and some arcade games. heard it gets packed on game days -- i will be back!
